The reasons of sport injuries

There is no doubt that sport is needed in the development of any child. During the sport activity a child learns many new things like socialising and living in the collective. But there is not any activity which is completely safe to a child. Sport is not an exception. It is a potential way to the injuries. In fact, if you and your child are aware of the possible reasons, it means that the half way to safety is over.
The matter is that the kids, especially the younger ones, are more inclined to the injuries for some causes. First of all, they are still growing and developing. That is why they are less coordinated and organised. If an adult person is able to concentrate while falling, a kid is not so fast.
The children of the same age are developing in the different way, some of them are quicker in their growing, and some of them are not. As a result, they are different in weight and height; they possess different abilities and strength.
In addition, some children are not able to assess the risks as fully as the adults can. They can be involved into some risky activities even without understanding that it is risky and dangerous. Also they do not understand the involved strength. As the children are playing football and kicking each other in the way of the game, they can not be fully aware of their strength opportunities and injure each other sometimes.
To resume, a child is not fully developed and do not understand how strong he is in order to avoid every risky situation. That is why the parents' observation and communication with the teachers and sport consultants are much needed for the healthy child's development.
