The kids are more risky to hurt themselves for many reasons. Due to the fact that sometimes they are not able to value the seriousness of the injury, the parents and other adult people are to keep an eye on the kids, especially during the fitness activity. If you notice some difference in behavior and consciousness, it is better to examine a child as quickly as it is possible. It could be the cut finger to hurt or even more serious trauma. In the case of the overuse injuries it is better to make the routine examining every week or every month in order to prevent the possible disorders. At least, "it is better to prevent than to cure" approach is much easier and healthier than treating and recovering, especially if a child had an injury before. Usually, a doctor advises some rest, relaxing without any training for the short time if the things are not good. In a short time a child will be able to restart the activity, but in an easier paste as a result of his/her weakness and adaptation to the new tempo.
As a matter of fact, a child is not able to examine himself and sometimes he does not even feel the pain. He can run with an aching leg or with the nose bleeding. The reason is keenness of a child on activity, playing or something else. The role of a teacher, a parent or a sport consulter is to notice the changes in a childish behavior in the proper time.
