Physical activity during first years of a life provides many advantages. A child who is involved into the simple physical activity from the very first days is to be healthier. Childish fitness is a guarantee of the good bones, muscles, organs development.

Six-nine months old

It is the most interesting time. A child does not smile only, but he performs other activities. He tries to move as active as it is possible. That is why it is the proper time to do some active physical exercises. In such cases a child is able to do them by his own without an adult's help.

There is a number of good activity complexes for the children of this age. It is better to start with the passive ones. The first one is direct hands rising and circular movements to work out the humeral joints. Lifting the legs while the knees are fixed in your hand is another passive exercise to do four-six times. Let your child lie on his back and move his legs circularly (four-six times). Turn a child from his back to the belly and then repeat some times (four or six).

Cross his hands when he is on his back, then repeat the same exercise when a child is on his belly. This exercise is advised to do in any age for one-three times. Another exercise looks like crossing and bonding the legs of a child. It is to be done when a child lies. As the doctors say, three or five times are enough for the muscle stretching.

After that it is high time to start the active fitness. One of them is crawling. Choose the favorite baby's toy and put it on the floor or any other surface. After that fix the legs of a child to make his knees bonded. Ideally, a child is to try his knee position in order to catch the toy. It is better to repeat this exercise four or six times. Later a child is to try it by himself, without his parents' help.
