The first one is spine straightening. Be sure that you are very careful and tender as the small bones are very weak until now. During this exercise you are to cause spine reflex. Let your baby lie idle. At the same time touch your baby's backbone beginning from the shoulders moving your fingers to the buttocks. This exercise is to be done twice.

A baby who can not hold his head is to learn how to do it. You can help. Put a child on your palm and hold his foots with another hand. Raise a baby and repeat once or twice.

The toes bending and unbending is needed too. It looks rather like a game. Hold your baby's foot and tickle him with your fingers or press external edge of a foot slightly.

Let your baby dance a little. Hold him above the table or bed and let him stand a little. This exercise is to be repeated four or six times.
