Merry fitness

Thirty kids at the same classroom, and each of them needs attention. Of course, any teacher is able to check every child's bearing. In order to avoid harder health problems, they recommend making the preventive measures, involving a child into the fitness activity. The goal of working out is to improve general physical development of a child, prevent fatigue, baring and flat-footedness disorders.
The difference in comparison with playing stretching is in the equipment. While during playing and stretching a child uses his own body only to train, at the merry fitness sessions a child is able to use the balls, skipping-ropes, stairs, chairs and other things and sport equipment.
An additional goal of such exercises is socializing of a child. During the trainings he/she is able to learn different games in order to use them in his personal experience with other children outside the training room. The kids learn the rules of the games, how to win and lose, how to wait for their turn of game participation.
Fitness includes different exercises in order to help a child to develop simultaneously.
