Best motivations for the teens

The teenagers are definitely one of the most difficult age group to deal with. Actually, why? The matter is that in this age a person tried to find himself, everything in the world is under suspicion, the parents are not the heroes of a teen any more, the friends' opinions are more important for self-esteem of a teen. Of course, it is great if the friends' influence is as positive as it is possible in the meaning of the sport activity. In the opposite cases there are some logical issues which are to make a teen think of them and, perhaps, change his negative opinion as for sport.
The first issue is for the girls. Try to hint that sport makes skin and hair look better, in general, sport activates the "beauty hormones" (or invent another simple and evident name for it; the matter is that during the sport activity, the body produce endorphin that is help a person to feel more peaceful and happier; as you know, a calm and even-tempered girl looks better than a nervous one) and build your theory around it. The similar theory is to work out with the boy teens if you tell that physical beauty is something the girls like. Definitely, you will not be far from the truth.
Tell a child that weight losing and keeping in shape is achieved not only thanks to the correct eating. Sport is much helpful in that as well.
The teenagers who worry about their good marks at the exams are an easy target too. The matter is that sport is an idea for better sleep. A person who sleeps well is definitely stays in tone and able to achieve the higher levels than a person who can not restore his/her energy during sleeping.
Everybody knows the benefits from the physical activity, so, try to bring this idea to a teenager as well.
